    How do I book a tour?

    You can book a tour directly through our website or by contacting us via phone or email. Our team is happy to help with your booking and answer any questions you may have.

    What's included in the tour price?

    Our tours typically include accommodation, transportation during the entire tour (including airport and hotel transfers), dedicated local guide during the entire tour, dedicated tour leader during the entire tour, entrance fees to all listed attractions, workshop and activity fees, unlimited water and all or most meals depending on the destination. Each itinerary will clearly outline what’s included and what’s not.

    Are flights included in the tour price?

    International or domestic flights to and from the tour starting point are not included unless specifically stated. However, we’re happy to assist with flight suggestions or connections, or arrange flight bookings upon request for an additional cost.

    Can I customize a tour or request a private experience?

    Absolutely! We offer fully customizable private tours tailored to your interests, schedule, and travel style. Reach out to us with your preferences and we’ll build something just for you.

    Do you offer group discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounts for private groups and occasionally for early bookings. Contact us for details on group pricing or special offers.

    What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    Our cancellation policy depends on the timing of your cancellation. If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total trip, minus a $200 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days before departure or do not show up for the tour, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.

    What should I pack for my trip?

    Packing suggestions vary by destination and season, but we’ll send you a detailed pre-departure guide with everything you need to know — including clothing, weather info, and useful extras. Each itinerary on our site also has a helpful list of things to bring.

    Do I need travel insurance?

    Yes, we strongly recommend travel insurance for all our guests. Insurance should cover emergency evacuations, medical emergencies and/or evacuation, trip cancellations, and lost or delayed baggage.

    Are your tours suitable for solo travelers?

    Definitely! Many of our guests travel solo. You’ll be welcomed into a small group and experience the trip in a friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Single room supplements (your own private room) are available if you prefer your own space.

    What kind of accommodations do you use?

    We select quality 4- or 5-star hotels that are centrally located or offer unique charm and comfort. You can expect clean, well-reviewed properties with excellent service.

    How physically demanding are the tours?

    Most of our tours are designed to be comfortable and accessible for travelers of all ages and average fitness levels. In general, the activities involve light walking, short distances, and occasional steps or gentle inclines. There are no strenuous hikes or physically demanding elements, and we always allow time for rest and comfort breaks throughout the day. Guests should be able to walk at a relaxed pace and get on and off the bus without assistance. If you have any mobility concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to discuss whether the tour is right for you or recommend modifications where possible.

    Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

    Yes! Just let us know about your dietary restrictions or preferences in advance or at the start of the tour, and we’ll accommodate you throughout the tour.

    What is the average group size?

    We keep our groups small and personal — typically between 10 to 20 guests. This allows for a more intimate experience and easier access to special local experiences.

    Will I have free time during the tour?

    Yes, most of our itineraries include some but not too much free time to relax, explore on your own, or enjoy spontaneous moments.

    Who leads the tours?

    Our tours are led by professional, certified local guides who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, culture, and stories. An experienced tour leader will also accompany the group from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly.
